Kegiatan ini secara resmi dibuka oleh Kepala SMAN 12 Samarinda, <strong data-start=\"351\" data-end=\"373\">Ibu Ida Sulistiani<\/strong>, yang dalam sambutannya menegaskan pentingnya pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan sejak dini bagi para pengurus OSIS.<\/p><p data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"792\">LDKO tahun ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan dasar tentang berorganisasi bagi pengurus OSIS Tahun 2026. Melalui kegiatan ini, para peserta diharapkan mampu memahami peran, tanggung jawab, serta etika dalam menjalankan roda organisasi sekolah secara profesional dan berintegritas.<\/p><p data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"1185\">Dalam arahannya, Ibu Ida Sulistiani menyampaikan bahwa OSIS bukan hanya sekadar organisasi siswa, tetapi juga wadah pembelajaran kepemimpinan, kerja sama tim, manajemen kegiatan, serta penguatan karakter. \u201cMelalui LDKO ini, saya berharap pengurus OSIS mampu menjadi teladan, komunikatif, dan inovatif dalam merancang program kerja yang berdampak positif bagi seluruh warga sekolah,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p><p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1274\">Selama tiga hari pelaksanaan, peserta mendapatkan berbagai materi penting, antara lain:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1899\"><li data-section-id=\"pdst15\" data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1406\"><p data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1406\"><strong data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1300\">Etika Kepemimpinan<\/strong>, yang menekankan pada integritas, tanggung jawab, serta kemampuan mengambil keputusan secara bijaksana.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1sx8bvm\" data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1526\"><p data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1526\"><strong data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1434\">Manfaat Berorganisasi<\/strong>, untuk membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya pengalaman organisasi dalam pengembangan diri.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"17b5q3d\" data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1629\"><p data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1629\"><strong data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1553\">Pengelolaan Keuangan<\/strong>, sebagai dasar transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam setiap kegiatan OSIS.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1w1uox9\" data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1759\"><p data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1759\"><strong data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1651\">Tata Cara Rapat<\/strong>, guna melatih keterampilan komunikasi, penyusunan agenda, notulensi, serta pengambilan keputusan bersama.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"2g7kgm\" data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1899\"><p data-start=\"1762\" data-end=\"1899\"><strong data-start=\"1762\" data-end=\"1809\">Seni Fotografi dan Pengelolaan Media Sosial<\/strong>, sebagai bekal publikasi kegiatan sekolah agar lebih kreatif, informatif, dan inspiratif.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"2166\">Materi disampaikan oleh para guru SMAN 12 Samarinda yang kompeten di bidangnya serta narasumber dari <strong data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2063\">Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur<\/strong>, yang turut memberikan wawasan mengenai tata kelola organisasi siswa yang efektif dan sesuai regulasi.<\/p><p data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2412\">Kegiatan berlangsung dengan penuh antusias. Para peserta tidak hanya mengikuti sesi materi, tetapi juga terlibat dalam diskusi, simulasi rapat, praktik pengelolaan media sosial, serta latihan kerja tim yang membangun solidaritas antar pengurus.<\/p><p data-start=\"2414\" data-end=\"2691\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Dengan terselenggaranya LDKO ini, diharapkan pengurus OSIS SMAN 12 Samarinda Tahun 2026 mampu menjalankan amanah organisasi dengan lebih terarah, kreatif, dan bertanggung jawab, serta menjadi motor penggerak berbagai program sekolah yang inovatif dan berdampak luas bagi
