Kegiatan ini menjadi momentum penting dalam estafet kepemimpinan peserta didik serta penguatan karakter dan tanggung jawab organisasi di lingkungan sekolah.<\/p><p data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"760\">Upacara pelantikan dipimpin langsung oleh Kepala Sekolah, Ibu Ida Sulistiani, yang sekaligus bertindak sebagai pembina upacara. Dalam prosesi pelantikan, para pengurus OSIS yang baru dilantik mengucapkan janji dengan penuh kesungguhan untuk menjalankan tugas dan amanah organisasi dengan sebaik-baiknya.<\/p><p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"1106\">Dalam amanatnya, Ibu Ida Sulistiani menyampaikan bahwa kepengurusan OSIS bukan sekadar jabatan, tetapi merupakan wadah pembelajaran kepemimpinan, kerja sama, integritas, dan pengabdian. Beliau menekankan pentingnya membangun budaya organisasi yang solid, inovatif, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa serta mendukung program-program sekolah.<\/p><p data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1385\">\u201cMenjadi pengurus OSIS adalah kesempatan emas untuk belajar memimpin, belajar bertanggung jawab, dan belajar melayani. Jadikan organisasi ini sebagai ruang tumbuh dan berkembang, bukan hanya untuk diri sendiri, tetapi juga untuk kemajuan sekolah,\u201d pesan beliau dalam amanatnya.<\/p><p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1633\">Kegiatan pelantikan ditandai dengan pembacaan Surat Keputusan Kepala Sekolah tentang Pengurus OSIS Tahun 2026, dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan berita acara serta serah terima simbolis jabatan dari pengurus sebelumnya kepada pengurus yang baru.<\/p><p data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1905\">Dengan dilantiknya kepengurusan OSIS Tahun 2026, diharapkan seluruh program kerja yang telah direncanakan dapat berjalan optimal, selaras dengan visi dan misi sekolah, serta mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam berbagai kegiatan akademik maupun non-akademik.<\/p><p data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"2195\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Upacara ditutup dengan doa bersama dan sesi foto sebagai bentuk dokumentasi serta kenangan atas dimulainya babak baru kepemimpinan siswa di SMAN 12 Samarinda.
