Para mahasiswa disambut secara resmi oleh Kepala SMA Negeri 12 Samarinda, <strong data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"578\">Ida Sulistiani<\/strong>, didampingi para wakil kepala sekolah dan Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK). Kehadiran mahasiswa PPL ini menjadi bagian dari kerja sama antara sekolah dan perguruan tinggi dalam menyiapkan calon guru yang profesional melalui pengalaman belajar di lingkungan sekolah.<\/p><p data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"1341\">Dalam arahannya, Ida Sulistiani mengajak seluruh mahasiswa untuk memanfaatkan masa PPL sebagai kesempatan belajar secara maksimal, tidak hanya dalam mengajar di kelas, tetapi juga memahami budaya sekolah, karakter murid, serta membangun kolaborasi yang baik dengan guru dan tenaga kependidikan. <em data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1331\">&#8220;Jadilah pribadi yang disiplin, aktif, terbuka terhadap masukan, dan terus belajar dari setiap pengalaman. Bekal inilah yang akan membentuk kalian menjadi guru profesional di masa depan,&#8221;<\/em> pesannya.<\/p><p data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1731\">Selama mengikuti PPL, para mahasiswa akan didampingi oleh guru pamong sesuai bidang studi masing-masing serta terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran dan kehidupan sekolah. Melalui program ini, SMA Negeri 12 Samarinda berharap sinergi dengan perguruan tinggi terus terjalin dalam mencetak pendidik yang kompeten, berkarakter, dan siap memberikan kontribusi bagi kemajuan
